Data Processing Agreement (DPA):
We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with our hosting provider ByDNS. This ensures that our hoster processes personal data strictly in compliance with European data protection standards and solely based on our instructions.
Server Log Files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files to ensure secure server operations, DDoS/spam prevention, and IT security:
- IP address of the accessing computer
- Date and time of the server request
- Accessed page / resource (
/api/contact, etc.) - Browser type/version and operating system used
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
Legal Basis & Retention Period: The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in IT security and system stability). These server log files are stored for a period of up to 365 days and subsequently automatically deleted.

We process your personal data in strict confidence and according to statutory regulations:
- EU / Germany / Hungary: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Hungarian Data Protection Act (Info tv. - Act CXII of 2011).
- USA / United States: For US-based users, we observe relevant federal and state legislation (including the California Consumer Privacy Act / CCPA / CPRA), as applicable.

4. Data Collection via Vehicle Configurators
Scope of Processing
Our website provides 3 interactive vehicle configurators (automobiles, motorhomes, and caravans) for vehicle search and purchase inquiries.
Data Collected Includes:
- Contact Details: Salutation, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Customer Type (Private/Commercial), Company Name (for commercial) as required fields; Phone Number and VAT ID as optional fields.
- Vehicle & Search Criteria: Body type, Make & Model, Fuel type, Transmission, Power output, Year of manufacture, max. Mileage, max. Budget, Desired color, Sleeping/Seating capacity, Vehicle length, Max weight, and Equipment preferences.
Processing & Transmission: No inquiry data is permanently stored in a database on the website itself. Upon submission, data is sent directly as an email to the website operator via our provider ByDNS's own email server. No external third-party email relay services are used.
Recipients & Data Transfers to Categories of Recipients (EU & Non-EU): As we source matching vehicles through a dynamic network of partners, the personal data provided in the configurator (contact details and search criteria) will be forwarded to selected partner dealerships, authorized dealers, or vehicle brokers located within or outside the EU/EEA in order to obtain a specific offer or initiate a purchase based on your request.
Data Transfers to Non-EU Countries (Third Countries): In cases where dealers or partners in non-EU countries (third countries without an adequacy decision) must be contacted to fulfill your search request, the transfer is carried out pursuant to Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR (necessary for pre-contractual measures) and based on your explicit consent granted prior to submitting your inquiry via a checkbox in the configurator form.
Legal Basis & Retention: Processing is carried out for pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). Once the inquiry is fully processed, all data will be deleted unless statutory retention requirements (e.g., 6 to 10 years under commercial/tax law) apply.
5. Web Analytics and Cookies
Essential Cookie (Cookie Banner)
To store your decision regarding the cookie banner choice, a technically necessary first-party cookie is stored on your device:

We use the privacy-friendly analytics tool Umami Analytics for anonymous audience measurement.
Privacy Features:
- Self-Hosted in Germany: Umami is hosted on our provider ByDNS's servers in Germany. No data is transferred to third parties.
- Cookie-Free Mode: Umami does not set any tracking cookies on your device.
- Anonymization: Data collection is performed strictly via anonymized hashes. No personal profiles are created, and IP addresses are not permanently stored.
Since data is processed fully anonymously within Umami, subsequent deletion or attribution to a specific individual is not possible; this anonymous statistical data is stored for a maximum of 10 years.
